Grade I listed city centre maisonette

The original rooms on the ground floor had been divided into several smaller rooms and false ceilings installed. The ground floor rooms were reinstated back to the two original rooms and the stunning Georgian ceilings exposed.

The living room with its high ceilings and large sash windows looking out onto the Circus was decorated in a palette of blues from Farrow & Ball with the lower part of the room in Inchrya Blue and the upper part of the walls in Oval Room Blue. The windows, cornicing and ceiling were painted in School House White to showcase the architectural details. Lighting was sourced from a variety of suppliers from Mullan Lighting to Ebay, and it was carpeted in a Crucial Trading wool boucle to provide a warm relaxed feel.

The large kitchen/dining room was wallpapered in Jasper Peony wallpaper by Lewis and Wood in Cirrus. Designed by decorative artist Adam Calkin, this graphic Chinoiserie pattern was used to great effect.

One stylish bedroom is painted in Pointing and Bancha, with the Bancha also used for the walls in the ensuite. The bedroom will be finished using Broadwick Street paper from Little Greene in the garden colourway. This wallpaper was found in a row of elegant early 18^th Century houses in Broadwick Street, Soho and the design based on a botanically accurate reproduction of a plant, Clusia Rosea, first recorded in an important botanical book in 1743. Bespoke curtains have been made in a Linwood Moss green fabric.

The master bedroom has a post Georgian stunning tall stained glass window which has been dressed with long twin pleated curtains in Romo Linara fabric. Walls and ceiling in Off White and Old White.

The bathroom has a statement bath from Brissi and limestone tiles.

Finished to an exceptional standard, the apartment is an immaculate city centre base.
